Ms Fits is an irritatingly smug 32 year-old television writer who yearns to be Bob Ellis but will settle for Bob Hart. At least he gets free meals. Pompous nobjockey.

So if Latham lost because of a handshake...

...then surely this must mean something to the dumb American fuckers who will vote on November 2nd.
Surely, surely.

oh it pains me to say this, really it does, but...

Have you met Mr & Mrs Average-American. They're akin to Mr & Mrs Average-Australian, but a little louder, dimmer and supersized. And we all know what Mr & Mrs A-Oz chose. So what will Mr A-USA do? Shudder the thought.

Last election he was just as disasterous AND STILL WON. Fuck. Check out what he did in 2000 here: http://www.netspace.org/users/seiden/bushsux_facts.htm

*scream* it makes me mad.

Bah. Stupid Bush.

I STILL don't get why people whined about *that* handshake. I thought Marky Mark looked manly, saucy, arousing and more than a little powerful.

I'd rather like to firmly shake Latho's other hand. If you get my rather clumsy innuendo.

I'm throwing my vote away on a third party candidate, which I've been told will pretty much allow Bush to win, anyways. It doesn't matter who my boss is, my life pretty much stays the same no matter what. I think Bush would be fun to party with, if I still did that sort of thing, and I know he doesn't, anymore.

Stupid American electoral system with its lack of preferential voting so you can only effectively vote for Kerry or Bush.

A farce. Democracy?

I fear that you might be right; Mr & Mrs Fuckhead American may be even worse than Mr & Mrs Fuckhead Australian, and there are so damn many of them!

the difference (hopefully) is that while the Mr & Mrs Average Australians who don't really follow politics mostly voted for status quo, Mr & Mrs Average American who don't really follow politics are more likely to not vote at all. the question is not necessarily who is most popular, but who stirs up enough people to get off their arses and do something, one way or another.

Oh gawd, I can't wait until it's over. Here in Augusta, Georgia, USA, despite a lot of people being extremely poor, they stil vote Republican, the rich man's party. Only my opinion, but I'm sticking to it.

(Glad you enjoy what I'm writing)

Since people are making requests (well...one person, on an earlier thread) I thought I'd make one as well. I've just written something on my blog about the sort of dirty, dirty minds that write for American television and how the audience knowing about it can improve the shows' entertainment value. Would Ms Fits be willing to spill on some of the depraved ideas that have, no doubt, been bandied about by herself and her fellow TV writers over the years? Please don't let this transparent attempt to get people to visit my blog be in vain.
